Effect of a Refund on Your License

If a full refund is issued, the paid license associated with the refunded
purchase will be revoked.

After revocation, the license may no longer be used to activate the product
on a new website or to reactivate the product.

law, where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, fraudulent purchases,

Payments and Refunds Through Paddle

Sales and payments for applicable products are processed through Paddle.
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions processed through
its platform.

Refunds for purchases processed through Paddle are handled through Paddle’s
payment infrastructure. The time required for a refund to appear on the
original payment method may depend on Paddle, the card issuer, financial
institution, or other payment service provider.

Statutory Rights
