Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of software, WordPress plugins,
paid add-ons, licensing services, and related services offered by Ichimaru LLC
(“we”, “us”, or “our”) under the IM Series.
By purchasing, downloading, activating, or using our products or services,
you agree to these Terms.
Scope
These Terms apply to IM Series software, WordPress plugins, paid add-ons,
licenses, updates, and related services provided by Ichimaru LLC.
Licenses
Paid products may be subject to the license conditions stated on the
applicable product or checkout page.
A “1 Site License” allows the product to be activated on one website at a time.
After deactivation, the license may be activated on another website,
subject to the applicable licensing system and technical limitations.
License keys and activation credentials may not be sold, transferred,
shared, or distributed to third parties without our authorization.
One-Time Purchases and Usage Period
Products sold as a “One-time purchase” do not require recurring subscription
payments for that purchase.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, a one-time purchase allows
continued use of the purchased product without a fixed expiration date.
Updates
Products sold as including “Lifetime updates” may receive future updates
that we make available for that product without additional update fees.
Lifetime updates do not guarantee any particular update frequency,
future feature development, or compatibility with every future version
of WordPress, PHP, operating systems, hosting environments, themes,
plugins, or other third-party products.
We may reasonably modify product features or specifications for security,
compatibility, maintenance, legal compliance, or product improvement.
Support
We may provide support through support channels made available by us.
However, we do not guarantee a specific response time, resolution time,
or successful resolution of every technical issue.
We do not guarantee compatibility with every WordPress configuration,
PHP version, hosting environment, theme, plugin, browser, or third-party service.
Lifetime updates do not mean lifetime support.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date,
subject to our
IM Series Refund Policy.
If a full refund is issued, the paid license associated with the refunded
purchase may be revoked.
Prohibited Activities
You must not:
- sell, transfer, share, or distribute license keys or activation credentials without authorization;
- attempt to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with our licensing or activation systems;
- gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or services;
- use our services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; or
- interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of our services.
Nothing in this section restricts rights granted under the GPL or any other
applicable open-source license.
Changes to Products and Services
We may reasonably change product features, specifications, supported
environments, distribution methods, or other aspects of our services.
However, where an existing purchase was sold as a one-time purchase with
no recurring subscription requirement, we will not retroactively require
a recurring subscription merely to continue using the product already
obtained under those terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Our products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available”
basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that our products will operate without interruption,
errors, conflicts, or security vulnerabilities in every possible environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ichimaru LLC will not
be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar
damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products or
services, including loss of data, business interruption, loss of revenue,
or website downtime.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion
or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Intellectual Property and Open-Source Software
Some of our software may be distributed under the GNU General Public License
(GPL) or other open-source licenses.
Your rights under an applicable open-source license are not restricted by
these Terms. If these Terms conflict with rights expressly granted under
an applicable open-source license, the applicable open-source license
controls with respect to those rights.
Payments Through Paddle
Sales and payments for applicable products are processed through Paddle.
Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions processed through
its platform and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoicing,
and related transaction services.
Purchases processed through Paddle may also be subject to the terms,
policies, and checkout conditions presented to the purchaser by Paddle.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, services,
business practices, or legal requirements.
The latest version will be made available on our website.
Material changes will generally apply prospectively unless otherwise
required by applicable law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without excluding any
mandatory consumer protection or other rights that apply to you under
applicable law.

inconsistency between the Japanese and English versions, the Japanese
