IM Mail Form – Webhook
IM Mail Form Webhook
IM Mail Form Webhook is an add-on for IM Mail Form that sends form submission data to external services using webhooks.
It allows you to connect IM Mail Form with external systems, applications, and automation services whenever a form is submitted.
What You Can Do
Webhook sends submitted form data to a specified URL automatically after a form submission.
This can be used to:
- Send form data to external applications or internal systems.
- Connect IM Mail Form with workflow automation services.
- Pass inquiries to custom APIs.
- Trigger external processes when a form is submitted.
This makes it possible to use IM Mail Form as the starting point for integrations and automated workflows outside WordPress.
How It Works
Webhook settings are configured from the Webhook tab of the IM Mail Form editor.
Add a webhook and specify the endpoint that should receive the submitted form data.
When a visitor submits the form, IM Mail Form sends the submission data to the configured webhook endpoint.
Example
Suppose you have an external system that receives customer inquiries through an API endpoint.
You can configure IM Mail Form Webhook with the endpoint URL provided by that system.
When a visitor submits the form, the submitted data is sent automatically to the configured endpoint, allowing the external system to process the inquiry.
